If you want to exchange the purchased product, kindly place a new order in our eshop for the model and size you want. Do not pay, and put a note in the order that this is a case of exchange. If there is a difference between the new and original order, we shall contact you to settle the difference. Kindly follow the directions below.

RETURN
If you wish to return the product, kindly fill in this form and follow the directions below. We shall send you the refund within 14 days from receiving your return.

IMPORTANT !!!

  • The option to exchange or return goods applies to the buyers residing in the EU only.
  • All returns and exchanges must happen within 14 days from the day when you received your purchase.
  • The returned goods must be in their original state, with no signs of wear or damage. It has to be packed as delivered, i.e. with all its parts, safety paper inserts, laced and properly wrapped.
  • It is important to enclose this form, filled in and signed.
  • Please wrap the parcel securely.

We are working hard to deliver beautiful and high quality shoes. But nobody is perfect and sometimes, unfortunately, mistakes and defects happen. If you need to file a complaint, please contact us by email to eshop@peerko.cz with photos of the problem and your order no. and we shall contact you regarding further procedure. Please always make sure the goods are sent in clean, complete and dirt-free condition.
