This Privacy Policy explains how peerko s.r.o. (hereinafter the “Controller” or “we”) processes personal data of visitors and customers of the website www.peerko.cz in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Processing of Personal Data for Order Fulfillment

The company peerko s.r.o., with its registered office at Zámostní 1155/27, Slezská Ostrava, 710 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, identification number: 08782105, registered under file number C 80820 at the Regional Court in Ostrava (hereinafter “controller”), processes the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”):

• place of residence or delivery address

Purposes and Legal Bases

The data are processed for:

• Processing orders and fulfilling the purchase contract, including delivery, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.

• Record-keeping of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (e.g., accounting and tax requirements). Data are retained for 10 years from the fulfillment of the last part of the contract, in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll., unless a longer period is required. This is based on legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) of the controller.

  • General Logistics Systems Czech Republic s.r.o., with its registered office at Průmyslová 5619/1, 586 01 Jihlava, Czech Republic

  • Local carriers in the destination country, engaged by the above providers

• Provider of Google Analytics, Google Inc., with its registered office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

Data processed by Google Analytics may be transferred to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46 of the Regulation) if not fully anonymized.
