Exchanges, Returns and Complaints


Although we do not offer direct exchanges, it is possible to return the goods according to the procedure below and create a new order. Of course, we understand that it may not be easy to have additional funds tied up, so you can add a note "Exchange for order XY" in the new order so that we can reserve the goods for you. This way you can just pay the new order when the money arrives back to your account.

If you wish to return the product, kindly fill in this form and send the shoes back to us. Please follow the directions below. We shall send you the refund within 14 days from receiving your return.


  • The option to exchange or return goods applies to the buyers residing in the EU only.
  • All returns and exchanges must happen within 14 days from the day when you received your purchase.
  • The shipping back to peerko is organized and paid by the customer.
  • The returned goods must be in their original state, with no signs of wear or damage. It has to be packed as delivered, i.e. with all its parts, safety paper inserts, laced and properly wrapped. If the shoes arrive with signs of wear or damaged, the return might be declined or part of the products´ value deducted from the money to be returned.
  • It is important to enclose this form, filled in and signed.
  • Please wrap the parcel securely.

If you need to file a complaint, please contact us by email to with photos of the problem and your order no. and we shall contact you regarding further procedure. Please always make sure the goods are sent in clean, complete and dirt-free condition.
