Shipping and payment

We are doing our best to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible. If your order is paid for by 10:00 AM, we manage to ship it on the same business day in 95 % of cases. We keep the remaining 5 % for situations beyond our control. :-) Once shipped, you will, of course, receive an email from us with a tracking number so you will know exactly where your package is.

We use the GLS delivery service, for some destinations also PPL. Delivery times vary by country, but your order will generally arrive within 6 business days of dispatch. You can find the estimated GLS delivery times here.

The cost of shipping is calculated in the cart based on the composition of the order.

Payment

The order can be paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

For money transfer in EUR send the amount due to the following account: IBAN CZ04 2010 0000 0022 0174 0258, kept at Fio banka, a.s., Prague, CZ

Online payments are provided through a payment gateway provided by ComGate Payments, a.s.

Customs duty
